  • What is the recommended minimum and maximum fill volume for the SMARTeZ® pumps?

  • Can a patient shower or bathe with the SMARTeZ® pump?

    The SMARTeZ® Technical Guide includes the following precautions, “Do not immerse the pump in water. Prevent filter from getting wet.”
     
    To ensure that the particulate filter in the administration tubing functions properly it is recommended that the filter is protected from getting wet.

  • How do I find educational materials for your products?

    Many resources are available on the individual product pages on this website.  Additional resources may be available that are not posted on the website.

  • How do I report a product issue?

    Please contact your local Territory Manager and we will immediately contact or visit your site to obtain all necessary information to complete a complete product complaint report.

  • I have a clinical or technical question about a product, who should I contact?

    Your local PMI Territory Manager, who will involve clinical consultants as needed.

  • How do I order literature?

    Please contact your local PMI Territory Manager and they will fulfill your literature needs.

Customer Service Questions

  • What is your return policy?

    Please contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

  • How long does it usually take to get ordered products standard shipping, expedited, etc.?

    Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain shipping information and an estimated time of arrival.

  • What is your W9 for our AP?

    Please contact your PMI Territory Manager to obtain a copy of our W9.

  • How late do you accept same day orders and ship?

    Please contact our Customer Service Department by 1:00pm CST for standard shipping and no later than 5:00pm CST for overnight.

  • Where is your warehouse located?

    Both of our warehouses are located in St. Louis, MO. This centralized location allows our technologically advanced distribution centers to facilitate expedited and reliable delivery of medical products.
